**About the role
- Speech and Language Assistant**

You will be working with students ages 3-11 years old with a diagnosis of a Developmental Learning Disorder which affects children's speech and language communication skills. This can include stammers, difficulty verbalising and may also affect areas ofneurodevelopmental cognition. You will be working with students either on a 1-1 basis or in small group sessions both within the specialist provision or in mainstream classes. Due to the needs of the students you will be a full-time role for continuity ofstaff.

**About the school**

This is a mixed mainstream primary school based in Enfield. They cater to students aged 3-11 years and have an additional resource provision for children with Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN). They are a warm and friendly environment wherestudents are able to thrive academically and socially regardless of needs and ability. They are based off of the great Cambridge road so are easily accessible by car as well as several local bus routes.
