We are looking for a Marketing Campaign & CRM Exec to join our team.

**Job Purpose**
The role is expected to work with agencies and other third parties to manage work processes and increase the effectiveness of Cloudbooking’s marketing plans and activity.
Working with the Head of Marketing to schedule campaign activity in line with organisation plans and priorities. Manage delivery of specified campaigns and projects within the agreed timelines.
As specified by the Head of Marketing, lead on relationships with internal product and service areas, ensuring all requirements are communicated back into the marketing team and appropriate support, guidance and direction is given.
The post holder manages no staff.

**Main Accountabilities**
Working with the Head of Marketing to:
1. Develop marketing and campaign plans
- Liaise with relevant product and service colleagues from across the organisation to develop marketing campaigns to meet targets mutually defined
- Set clear and measurable plan/campaign objectives and targets with product/project owners
- Generate new ideas for marketing approaches and activity, based on market research, insight and analytics
- Work with the wider commercial team to identify, segment and target prospects appropriately using Cloudbooking’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, establishing appropriately targeted data sets for each marketing activity
- Work with the Head of Marketing and marketing communication colleagues to make sure all marketing activity is integrated and makes effective use of our channel mix, in the appropriate way and in a timely manner
- Identify new opportunities for marketing activity to target and engage key audiences over a period - not only generating initial engagement/sales but also building long-term connections and loyalty amongst Cloudbooking members and other audiences
- Support data growth/capture initiatives and ensure this is built into all activity plans where appropriate.
2. Implement marketing plans and campaigns
- Write engaging and compelling copy with strong call-to-action’s where appropriate, with messaging and tone of voice appropriate to that prospect segment and the channel being used
- Work with agencies to develop creative concepts and materials to support the campaign/promotional plan
- Work with marketing communications colleagues to plan and deliver content marketing
- Work within Cloudbooking’s brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy
- Ensure marketing plans are implemented on time and on budget
3. Monitor and Evaluate
- Working with Head of Marketing, analyse campaign performance metrics and trends in order to benchmark campaign activity, and make recommendations and improve on future communications approaches
- Monitor response rates using tools such as Google Analytics, and Cloudbooking’s CRM system (HubSpot)
4. Other
- The role will also be responsible for all aspects of our CRM strategy, including:
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.
- Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process and execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
- Be an ambassador for the brand both internally and externally, all members of the marketing team should lead on consistent brand execution and consult and advise colleagues on
