London Remote United Kingdom EMBS Digital Full time £40,000 - £60,000 per year

You will work with a small number of exciting German clients and deliver large-scale, complex email marketing campaigns alongside a range of wider digital marketing activities. These organisations are a mix of b2b and b2c all operating out of Germany.

Working as an external Consultant, but as an extension of their internal marketing teams, you will provide strategic insight, plan, support and deliver campaigns and utilise analytics to understand performance and return on investment. 

Supported by an international team of marketing experts, you will also gain substantial knowledge and experience in marketing automation, which is a large part of this role. In order to gain this knowledge quickly you'll be offered the chance to gain a Marketo Expert certification, which will give you a fantastic gateway into enterprise marketing automation 

As you progress and develop your knowledge you will undertake larger more complex projects for more high-profile customers and this will enable you to move into a pure marketing automation consultancy role.

The role

● Advise customers in the use of marketing automation technologies, specifically Marketo

● Project lead for multiple client(s) and/or project(s)

● Support scheduling of tasks with documented deliverables and measurement

● Deliver tasks with consistent quality and within the agreed SLA

● Ensure customer satisfaction through timely performance and regular touchpoints

● Identify new opportunities within projects and passed to sales with relevant information

● Generate and earn consulting work by spotting opportunities within existing customers

The ideal candidate

Pretty simple really, we're looking for a German / English speaker, who has been delivering complex marketing campaigns. Any experience or exposure to automation via Hubspot, Salesforce or Marketo, or similar would be advantageous but not essential as you will receive significant training and support. We're also looking for people who are comfortable with working with external German customers.

The role is REMOTE based in the UK, Spain, or Germany, with some travel to the UK and other EU destinations for collaboration and training.  We're looking for 3 - 5 years of Marketing experience with some knowledge of using automation marketing tools.  If you've worked agency side and are used to working independently with customers that would be an advantage, not essential.
