**Production Coordinator**

**The Role**:
Reporting to our Operations Manager, we're looking for a perfectly odd production coordinator who will deliver a great customer experience by coordinating the fresh produce that goes into every box
**Primary responsibilities**:
Working in a hybrid role as part of a team of five, you will play a key role in coordinating box production within our co-packing facility.
- Deliver great customer experience by minimising product swaps in boxes
- Reduce customer complaints by driving KPIs for accuracy, as well as influencing quantity and quality issues within our Co-Packing team
- Minimise costs and our carbon footprint by running an effective, lean supply chain with mínimal disruption
- Allocate and manage stock levels
- Manage good working relationships with our co-packing partners.
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to contributing to or leading on projects within the team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience within a fast-growing/fast-changing business that has a focus on operations.
- Experience from within a fresh produce or FMCG environment
- Good knowledge of production/demand/supply planning or coordination
- Experience of working with 3rd party partnerships and organisations
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other data focussed systems

**Other details**:

- Start date - ASAP
- Duration of role - permanent / full-time
- Location - _Hybrid c. 2 days per month in our co-packing facility in Birmingham. You will also spend occasional days in our office Vauxhall and our Distribution Centre in Croydon and other trading partners._
