Our client is a market leader in marketing, communications & printing, they are now recruiting to strengthen their Creative & Social Media team and looking for a **Production Coordinator **to support the team in the delivery of social media campaigns, which will include video, photography, animation and graphic elements you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of delivery.

The **Production Coordinator** will liaise with the key functions in the Creative & Social Media team, including video editors, copywriters, content producers, resourcing, design, and social media managers and also engaging with business partners and customers.

This will be an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, a hybrid role, working from home, with occasional visits to various client sites.

Key responsibilities for the **Production Coordinator** will include:

- Timely delivery of high-quality content, approved by relevant stakeholders
- Ensure production process is followed
- Work with key stakeholders to shape delivery plans, scope out resourcing requirements, coordinate briefing meetings, and deliver content to the social media channel managers
- Maintain up to date overview of all campaigns, status, deadlines
- Strong ability to manage workflows to keep delivery on track, dashboards and content management systems to ensure work is tagged and stored correctly

What we are looking for in the **Production Coordinator**:

- Knowledge of content formats, development, production and processes
- Strong planning and organisation skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of storytelling best practice, across content formats
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience of using different project management and resourcing software, such as 10000ft from Smartsheet or MS Planner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
