The purpose of the **Team Coordinator** is to support the delivery of an effective jewellery repairs operation through coordination of production workload, provision of reporting, product tracking, communication handling and administration of internal platforms.

The **Team Coordinator**will play a critical support role within the Birmingham Service Centre, helping the Supervisor deliver a scalable and agile repair function which meets quality and service targets. Working closely with the technical and administration teams, the job holder assists with operational control, ensuring visibility of workload progress, and upholding quality standards through administrative and task-based execution. The job holder contributes to the customer experience by supporting the accurate handling, logging, tracking, and dispatch of customer repairs, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

We are open to discuss the working pattern for this role. We anticipate that we will require someone to work between 25-30 hours but can be flexible regarding what that looks like.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assist with daily allocation and logging of repairs and job queues.
- Monitor job progress in the Repairs Management System (RMS) and ensure accurate tracking data.
- Provide administrative support including handling communications, record updates, and team scheduling.
- Support the Supervisors in coordinating repair flow and materials readiness.
- Help prepare routine reports on productivity, delays, and exceptions.
- Support internal communication via team huddles and updates.
- Participate in quality check routines as directed and log any variances.
- Liaise with store teams to confirm repair status or resolve minor queries
- Ensure adherence to health & safety and security protocols.
- Support the maintenance of compliance with uniform and metal-free policies.
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new team members.
- Act as first-line support for queries in Supervisor absence or as delegated.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven ability to provide accurate and efficient administration and operational support, ideally gained in a service-oriented, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrable customer service mindset with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel (basic to intermediate).
- Proven ability to plan and organise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy in the completion of tasks.
- Willingness to learn about jewellery repair workflows and quality standards.
- Repairs Management Systems knowledge.
- Demonstrable understanding of H&S, security and legislative requirements desirable.
