**Job role**: Part Time Service Coordinator

**Job Type**: Temporary Contract, up to 5 months

**Location**: Birmingham

**Pay Rate**: £11.00 - £12.00 per hour (DOE)

**Working Hours**: 20 - 25 hours per week (hours can be completed across 5 days or 3 days)

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity to work as Part Time Service Coordinator for a manufacturing and package company based in Birmingham. Your main role will be assisting the Service Manager in maintaining and carrying out all aspects of the Company'sService operations.

**Duties/Responsibilities include**:

- Raising and processing quotes
- Managing incoming calls from Customers
- Providing administrative support using a range of software
- Dealing with customer queries promptly and in a professional manner
- Implementing and maintaining customer information records
- Operating and maintaining invoices
- Follow up on Service offers made to customers
- Managing the Service planning system for allocation, monitoring and control of Service Department resources
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Working closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth operation of all service matters

**Experience/ Skills include**:

- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages (Excel and Sage essential)
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
