**Overview**
Trinity Support Services is looking for an experienced office administrator to join the team based at Longton Town Hall. You will have excellent IT skills, be highly organised and have exceptional communication skills to enable you to work effectively across all areas of the business.
You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of our busy contact centre, ensuring families have the best experience possible when visiting. With attention to environment and Health & Safety and identifying any areas requiring a reset during the course of a busy day.
Clearcare is our main system for recording data and if not already familiar with the system, full training will be given and in time you will become a Super User. You will mentor and train our admin apprentice to help them reach their full potential and become a valuable team member.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
2. To show new families around the centre when required and ensure they are given the appropriate paperwork for new referrals and that the paperwork is returned in a timely manner.
3. Liaising with finance ,you will ensure that payments are up to date prior to a visit and follow up any that are late.
4. To provide admin support to the Edge of Care, Education and RHI teams as required.
5. To be the Clearcare Super User and oversee the input of data onto Clearcare and other systems used by us.
7. To ensure all company policies are updated on a rolling basis and in line with relevant legislation changes.
8. To provide guidance, training and mentoring to the admin apprentice
The role requires

8. This role requires an enhanced DBS check
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
