- **Hours**: 32.5 and 24 hours per week
- **Location**: Bridge House - Flookburgh, Grange-over-Sands
- **Contract**: 12 months pilot scheme with a view to going permanent
- **About this opportunity**
- We are looking for passionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join our team in a 12-month pilot programme that offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression. This role could become a permanent part of our service at the end of the pilot period.
- As a Social Care Worker, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality care across a 37-bed facility. This includes physical frailty, EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm), and respite care, with one unit dedicated to 9 respite beds. You will be responsible for conducting assessments for both respite and permanent beds, ensuring the needs of our residents are met with compassion and professionalism.
