_**Home Care Support Worker**_

Bay Home Care Ltd is a private provider of Community Support and Home Care to Adults within the Grange Over Sands area. We contract with both the local authority and the NHS as well as working under private contracts.

We support adults to maintain independence by delivering person centred support to assist in their daily lives. This can range from providing support with aspects of personal care, meal preparation and medication prompts all the way through to more complex needs, respite care and support out within the community.

We are currently looking to employ people for the following positions

**Care Worker 40 Hours + per week**

**Care Worker 30 Hours + per week**

**Care Worker 16 Hours + per week**

We provide support from 7am to 10:30pm every day of the week and offer flexible working hours within this time frame. As a family run business we understand the difficulties of juggling family around work and are able to help you find hours and schedule your work around child care.

We offer
- High rates of pay. (Starting at £14.70 with an increase after probation period of 3months)

As this role involves visiting service users in their own homes you would benefit from having a full driving licence and access to your own motorised transport. However if you are local to the area we do have walking rounds.

No experience is required as we offer full training and mentorship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £14.70-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 48 per week
