**Role**

Due to growth, we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our existing business team, who manage our existing customer accounts ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge and support. Our ethos is to grow and protect, ensuring growth through continuously protecting our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and Top Spenders
- Building relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Arranging periodical client meetings with team leader to review buisness
- Maintaining Customer Portals
- Answering inbound calls to take orders and deal with queries
- Making outbound calls to customers to take orders
- Maintaining accurate information on CRM database
- Maintain a high level of ''after sales'' service and continuity for clients
- Dealing with complex queries and offering advice on product selection.

**Key Skills**:

- Be articulate, confident, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to generate rapport, build productive customer relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Work well under pressure, managing a high workload & multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Thrive whilst working both autonomously and as part of a team
- First class administrative skills gained working in a varied and busy environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage 200 and CRM systems

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 minute lunch

Holiday entitlement: 32 days a year (including bank holidays) plus birthday leave
