The Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Customer Marketing team. This role can be based out of either our Harrogate or London office and is central to delivering outstanding customer experiences across our NEOM Wellbeing Hubs (WBHs) our beautiful retail stores dedicated to wellbeing.

In this role, you'll support a variety of customer marketing initiatives across our WBHs including window displays, in-store visual merchandising (VM), POS print, store events, roadshows, and local digital marketing to boost footfall and brand awareness. You'll also assist with customer marketing projects and administrative tasks, such as finance admin to support monthly budgeting.

Due to the nature of this role supporting with customer marketing across stores, we are looking for someone who has a valid drivers licence. Someone who has access to a vehicle is desirable.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various WBHs.
  • Work closely with the Customer Marketing team to ensure marketing activity effectively aligns with the wider NEOM Brand strategy and reaches the target consumers, in both our owned and partner channels, in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • You will support the Commercial team with their department goals, collaborating with the sales teams to develop brand and sales enhancing activations, supported by the wider senior Customer Marketing team. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers on various projects, including locating stock and managing printed materials.
  • Support the implementation of VM guidelines and POS toolkits for physical and digital brand representation.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Commercial teams on marketing materials and calendar adherence.
  • Assist with production requests, liaising with designers and production suppliers for digital banners, product page assets, and more.
  • Organise and promote regional events, liaising with social media and CRM teams.
  • Conduct market research and compile wrap-up reports.
  • Handle finance administration for Customer Marketing, including budget tracking and managing purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support, including product orders and preparing reports.
  • Travel to WBHs including store events and store launches, transporting supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year's Marketing experience, ideally looking for in-house or agency background  
  • Valid car driving license. Someone with access to a vehicle is desirable.
  • Passion for physical retail 
  • Good eye for design, visual merchandising and window display 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Experience with finance administration and budget management 
  • Extremely well organised, multitasking skills and methodical 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Project management, print and production management experience would be an advantage 
  • Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Shopper mindset – ability to empathise with the shopper and channel the shopper insights to the briefing and marketing activation plans
