Search Consultancy are proud to be partnered with a big player in the Freight Forwarding sector to appoint a Business Development Manager from Freight Forwarding background.
The key role of this position is to find and develop new business relationships, manage route development & key account management for existing clients.
To apply, you must have:

- A proven track record of managing existing clients & developing new within Freight Forwarding (Road/Ocean)
- An exceptional understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry
- A proven experience of working with clients in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Have a consultative & expert approach to winning new business w& also maintaining strong relationships with current clients
The following personal attributes would be advantageous:

- Highly motivated
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm drive and the desire to achieve goals & targets,
- The desire and ability to be a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a Full UK driving licence as this position requires face to face client visits
In return my client is delighted to offer:

- A competitive Salary - £45,000 -£50,000 (can be negotiated for the right profile) + car allowance
