As an Administrator - B2B Credit Support Associate in our Poole contact centre, you’ll provide a personal, human touch to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Supported by expert colleagues, you’ll aim to take ownership and responsibility of every task. You will be working within a data processing and customer service focused team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all administrative duties related to credit and customer data management accurately an within set time frames, ensuring world class service is maintained throughout. administrative tasks pertaining to account management for business customers.

As part of this role, you’ll need:

- To deliver to tight deadlines on a daily/weekly basis
- Prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Good experience working within an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a self-starter, organised, comfortable in navigating complex and fast paced environments

Desirable skills:

- Intermediate level for Microsoft Office and associated software.
- Experience working within a finance/credit control role
