**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Ensuring all site staff are trained and compliant to be conducting their individual roles in

regard to safety.

2. Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for internal forklift/MHE operators, covering both

theoretical and practical aspects.

3. Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of our organization, considering unique

operational requirements and safety protocols.

4. Create a positive learning environment.

5. Stay informed about updates in forklift technology, safety standards, and instructional methodologies.

6. Organise educational materials and resources.

7. Collaborate closely with operational teams to understand specific challenges and requirements.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- UK Driver’s license (required).
- Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach Instructor certification i.e. RTITB/ITTSAR (required).
- Tow Truck Training certification (required).
- Proven record in training delivery - at least 2 years.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
- Strong instructional and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate participants.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- The ability to work in a competent and efficient manner on your own or part of a busy team.
- Good attention to detail.
