As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a team ensuring procedures are being followed and role-modelling our Gousto Ownership Principles. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational Key Performance Indicators including On time in full Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with MHE training and ongoing good practice in use of the equipment including MHE audits and and working with the onsite MHE trainer Ensure that health and safety is given high priority and is considered in plans actions and activitiesHelp build train and develop high performing teams and define clear career progression opportunities completing 1-1s and regular feedback sessions.Complete initial employee relations meetings including return to works as required and first stage absence reviewsPartner with the planning supply chain and logistics team for requirements and fulfillment. Drive the delivery of operational KPIs including OTIFEnsure efficient vehicle unloading times. Work with and communicate shift targets in senior leadership meetings and daily huddles. Who You Are Experience in a similar role leading a teamExcellent Organisational SkillsConfident and Forward thinking team playerKnowledge of warehouse fulfillment and the importance of targets in this environmentA super-star team worker in order to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in fullExcellent attention to detail flexibility and problem solvingHigh level of computer literacy in particular google sheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead team briefsPrevious experience of dealing with employee relations including return to works and first stage absence reviewsQualifications : Food Safety Level 2 Previous certification/experience of competence with Mechanical Handling EquipmentWarehouse Management Systems - preferable JDAExperience working with Radio Data TerminalsExperience in automated fulfilmentHACCP advantageous but not essentialAdditional Information : Equal Opportunities Gousto is for everyone:Whether its creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto.
