**Job Description**:
**Warehouse Team Leader | Nights 6pm till 6am | 4 on 4 off | £15.55 p/h**

**Purple Shift**

Gousto Warrington continues to grow it's complexity, automation and speed as our centralised warehousing function. We're looking for experienced, dynamic, field experts to join and progress within management. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring procedures are being followed, and you are role-modelling Gousto behaviours at all times. You will:

- Work as a team to drive the delivery of key operational KPI’s: OTIF, labour, GMP, changeover times, throughputs that deliver against plan, and maintain quality standards within the Warehouse
- Ensure health and safety procedures are being adhered to
- Work closely with the planning and supply chain team to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet order requirements whilst effectively managing costs
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with Engineering, to ensure machinery is effectively maintained
- Help recruit, build and train high performing teams, and define clear career progression opportunities
- Oversee shift operation of individual loops or wider ops area as required

**The Person**
- Experience of leading a large team in a fast paced FMCG warehouse environment
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- IT literate, we use Google at Gousto.
- Experience and understanding of stock and warehouse systems
- Self-motivated, team worker
- Ambitious
- Experience in automated fulfilment an advantage
