Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our Front Office Reception team.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We also boast award-winning facilities, including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, luxurious spa and championship golf course.

**Salary**:
Up to £25,396.80 (based on 40 hours per week)

**What will you do?**

As a receptionist you will:

- Greet and handle guest enquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service to ensure optimum guest experience
- Manage the check in/out process
- Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & our offerings, upselling hotel facilities & exploring potential sales opportunities

This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.

**Working Hours**:
The hours and days of work will vary and include weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and holiday periods.
