**About you**
You will have a willingness and desire to want to grow and improve with the company. Enthusiasm to learn about the fire protection industry, to help provide our clients with the best service possible. Also, a willingness to offer support where needed to both the office team and field team to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible.
**Skills**
Previous office experience in a similar role is essential
Previous knowledge of the fire protection industry is beneficial but not necessary.
Good recall/memory of ongoing jobs
Health and Safety Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service
Strong IT Skills
Use of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Time management.
Proactive
Own workload management
Organisation skills
**About the Role**
We are looking for a full time individual to aid the Director and Manager with their growing workload and manging of the office when they are out. General overview of responsibilities:
Daily running of the office
Supporting team members with a variety of tasks
Monitoring all enquiries
Using our in-house H & S software
Managing sub-contractor insurance and policies
Quoting small works that come in following servicing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
