We are a leading architectural and structural firm based in the UK, seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The sales representative will play an integral role in driving growth and revenue by promoting and selling our services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Actively seek and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our services.

Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Conduct presentations to potential clients to showcase our company's capabilities and services.

Provide regular feedback and updates to management on market trends, client needs, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.

Knowledge of the architecture and construction industry, including terminology, processes, and standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and establish a robust pipeline of new business.

Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

A degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

- Oxford Circus, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (required)
