**Field Sales Representative**

Are you an experienced, confident, and target-driven sales professional? Easy-Sprayaway is expanding and looking for **Field Sales Representatives** to help deliver our trusted home improvement solutions directly to customers. If you have a passion for closing deals and building relationships, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Attend **2 pre-qualified appointments** daily—no cold calling required
- Present and promote our **industry-leading products and services** to homeowners
- **Negotiate and close sales** to meet or exceed performance targets
- Deliver **excellent customer service** and address queries with confidence
- Measure, design, and propose **tailored home improvement solutions**:

- Guide customers smoothly through the entire purchasing process

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years’ proven sales experience**:

- Strong communication, listening, and **persuasion skills**:

- A **resilient and driven mindset**—you’re not easily discouraged
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle**:prospecting, negotiating, and closing**:

- A passion for helping customers and hitting sales goals
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
