**The role is for 3 days per week between Monday and Friday**

**Description**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Head Office team as an Administrator, based in Chester-le-Street. This role is varied and interesting as you will be providing administrative support to both the Marketing and Finance functions.

**Key Duties and responsibilities: -**

1. **Marketing Administration**
- Updating/maintaining social media accounts
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Producing digital marketing materials
- Monitoring and recording online reviews
- Responding to customer queries
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of events

2. **Financial Administration**
- Purchase ledger invoice administration
- Assisting in the maintenance of accurate financial records
- Data input into financial logs/trackers
- Organising and filing paper and digital records

**3.** **General Administration**
- Assisting with general head office operations to provide an effective service to our branches.
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner. Dealing with queries.
- Sorting and distributing post.

**Key Skills**
- Strong keyboard skills
- Excellent understanding of Mircrosoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in managing business correspondence
- Ability to organise personal work priorities
- Knowledge of filing and updating records
- Solid know-how of general office procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated at all times
- Flexible in working hours
- Ability to work well with others

**Desirable Skills**
- Previous experience working within financial administration will be a bonus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £13,800.00-£15,000.00 per year
