We are a well-established telecommunications company who is looking for an experienced call taker to join their busy and expanding Virtual Receptionist team, it is therefore important you can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include taking inbound calls on behalf of our clients and following any instructions they have provided, working quickly and efficiently on the phone. We don’t follow scripts which can mean having to think on your feet, we also don’t work to targets but do expect a high level of customer service and efficiency.

We have fantastic offices based in Sunderland City Centre and currently operate a hybrid working policy with two days in the office. Therefore, it is **essential** that you can commute to Sunderland.

This is a full time 40 hours per week position for which we offer a rate of £11.44 per hour. The working hours are 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday with some bank holiday working required.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
