Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively analyse customer needs
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,655.00-£22,795.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Sunderland: Relocate before starting work (required)
