**Call Centre Agent**

**Location: Sunderland, UK**

We work with over 50 of the world’s leading brands across multiple sectors to supercharge their customer service

**Salary**

£20,592+ and then moving to £22,672 1st April in line with The Real Living Wage.

**Role details**

We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service representative roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Sunderland. We have all vacancies for customer service advisors, call centre agents, customer service representatives, or people who have worked in a client-facing role, such as banking. Some of our shifts are Monday to Friday, and some roles feature answering live chats as well as taking inbound and outbound calls.

In this role you will handle customers within one of the following business streams:

- Energy
- Life Insurance
- Auto insurance
- Broadband/Mobile
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Charity

You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

**Requirements**:

- Six months of experience in call centre, customer experience, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Live within 1 hour from our call centre on public transport (SR3 3XN)
- Communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Build rapport with empathy and care
- Offer the right product to suit needs
- Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets
- Navigate between different computer systems
