**Senior People Officer**
The Senior People Officer will be responsible for providing the leadership and mentoring needed to develop and maintain the culture, ethics, and values of the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the ethical standards of the company, as well as assisting in the recruitment, hiring, performance management, and termination of employees. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing a safe work environment for all employees.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Leadership Development.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employee Relations.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compensation Management.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employee Relations/Recruiting.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employee Performance Management.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Safety Management.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Safety Performance Management II.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Safety Performance Management III.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,050.00 per year
