**SUMMARY**
This is a key role to support the field based sales team & key account project managers. Being a pro-active problem solver and having a high level of attention to detail is imperative. This role provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Description of Key duty/responsibility**
Support the key account project managers, regional head of sales & sales team by producing quotations and corresponding with customers as and when required.
High level of order processing.
Be the central office based communication point for all sales related queries, both internal and external.
Correspond with 3rd Parties regarding Equipment prices and Leasing options.
Collating information to support management reporting.
Update Microsoft Dynamic CRM system with required data
Work with other Sales Support administrators to develop processes to ensure a high level of customer service.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
GCSE in English and Maths as a minimum.
College education preferred though not essential if replaced by minimum of 3 years office experience in a similar role.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
Must be strong-willed, have the ability to prioritise, and manage own work load effectively.
Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Be highly organised and thorough in order to meet reporting deadlines.
Be empathetic and considerate towards other members of the team.
Be able to build strong relationship with customers and suppliers alike.
Must have a high level of attention to detail.
Office experience preferred take out 3 years and college education
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
