**Purpose**

To develop and grow William Edwards Limited business through both WEL and Steelite International

Internal sales support at WE/Steelite International to provide first class customer service to prospective & existing customers for both retail, personal wealth, and commercial business.

The role will be customer facing, supporting WE sales functions as well as Steelite sales where WE products are involved.

To champion the brand identity of WE, there is a need to ensure we have touch points within the business that are recognised and associated with client and expectations that that brings.

**Nature and Scope**

Reporting to: Commercial Supply Director with a view to reporting into the Sales Support Co-ordinator

Key relations: WE business development manager /Sales team globally/product manager/commercial accountant/Global supply/design

Based: Office Based (travel with sales may be required UK)

The specific demands of the role are described through the principal accountabilities outlined in this role description. The expected key competencies and key performance indicators for the effective execution of the role are also outlined in this document.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- To prepare quotations for both WEL and Steelite customers where appliable.
- Support WE & Sales preparation for meetings, including PowerPoint presentations where required
- Project manage custom and high-profile accounts at WE
- Place orders with the WE factory, follow through with key personnel to achieve deadlines, updating customers or distributor along the way
- To understand the budget and strategy/business plan for the WE business, implement where required structure and processes to support the plan and growth in an internal sales function
- To establish and monitor a Customer Relationship Management system that tracks all the key accounts within each targeted channel so that an up to date and accurate assessment of each operator is fully documented inside William Edwards.
- To work in close co-operation with the Business Development Director for the UK & Rest of World, to ensure there is a coordinated and seamless contact strategy with our key customer & distributor base in both commercial and retail arena
- Travel may be required as part of the role to support a project along with the salesperson (UK).
- To review and implement goods sound administrative practices to support, appointments, lead follow up, website and private wealth customers.
- To have a sound understanding of the costing model at WE for both Retail and Commercial customers. Ensuring that we are meeting the business requirements on margins.

**Salary**: Up to £25,850.00 per year
