Due to increased growth, we are looking for an administrator to come and join our operations team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance or support to all of the business's departments
- Deal with queries from suppliers and customers in a professional and timely manner
- Proactive management of recruitment process through to new starters with regards to the on-boarding process and procedures
- In liaison with HR, organises staff training and maintains relevant records and returns in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Maintenance and management of internal and external documents, policies and procedures
- Supports the monthly payroll function by ensuring the monthly data is collated and provided to HR for processing
- Oversees office equipment and general services to ensure office equipment is safe and working correctly and stationary and office supply stocks are kept to required levels.
- Accurate data entry and enforces purchase process and PO management in Accounts Payable
- Contract management of Customer agreements, variations and documents
- Adhoc Duties as required - This will include keeping the office space clean and tidy
- Be flexible to cover in other teams when required
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Microsoft Office literate
- Sage 50/200 software experience (preferred but training can be given)
- Experience working in a administration and executive support role
- A trustworthy and honest, hardworking mind set
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
