We require for a School Administrator from 8th April to work part time for a primary school in Flintshire. The role will be for 6 weeks.

As a school administrator you will be required to work in the reception office. Duties to include, answering the phone, greeting guests, using SIMS and using the county invoice system. Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm, Wed and Friday 8:30am-3:15pm.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- SIMS and Invoice experience
- Administration skills
- A good telephone manner

**Additional requirements**:

- References confirming suitability for role
- Commitment to Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willing to apply
- EWC registration or willing to apply
- Eligibility to work in the UK
