**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to Group Trading Manager

**Overview of job**:
The Trading Executive is responsible for helping to drive revenue across a range of Outdoor Specialists and agencies. Working alongside the Trading Managers and Group Trading Manager, you will be part of a vibrant team and working collaboratively to ensure revenue targets are achieved

You will need to negotiate to deliver the best prices for the business whilst improving the full portfolio of products we have available. Maintaining a high level of service and account management is vitally important, keeping clients informed of with the latest market data and ensure all campaigns go efficiently.

Building deep relationships with all key partners internal and external will be paramount to your success

**Measures of success -**

**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Demonstrated a strong understanding of all Global products and environments able to clearly articulate the sales benefits of each.
- Be delivering a minimum of 5 proactive pitches per week to your specialist.
- Build first class relationships with your customers.
- Negotiated deals across multiple platforms
- Understanding of the wider Global portfolio in audio and DAX
- Presenting regularly in front of your key customers and internal colleagues.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly team sales targets
- Support The Trading Manager across a range of Outdoor Specialist Agencies, whilst taking ownership of your own business
- Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with both external partners and internal partners
- Ensure by smart trading that all formats within the Global Outdoor portfolio are commercialised and improving profitability.
- Use outstanding negotiation and selling skills in order to maintain trading rates and secure high-volume deals significantly improving yields consistently across the Global Outdoor estate.
- Collaborate with Outdoor specialists in order to grow sales opportunities.
- Negotiate the best share on all briefs inline and above Global Outdoors market position.
- Work aligned with the strategy and client sales teams to deliver budgets for Global Outdoor.
- Ensure that we have booked all activity accurately avoiding credit queries and issues.
- Presenting weekly to your key clients independently
- Working alongside your Head of Trading on improving yields on key trades and formats.
- Have a detailed knowledge of all products and parts of the Global Outdoor estate
- Regularly presenting in team meetings and key commercial meetings within Global.
