A premium spirits and wine business who are a business fixated on excellence in execution, agility and consumer-led innovation. They are a customer focused and put the shopper at the heart of everything they do.

Due to expansion they are hiring a Trade Marketing Executive who will work in either the Off Trade or On Trade channels. This role will join a growing Trade Marketing function, needed to support our growth.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support on daily basis the Off or On trade sales team to roll out marketing activities by customers in line with the brand plans created and developed centrally by the Global Marketing Team.
- Create briefs for agencies to develop campaign visuals and in-store/in-bar activations.
- Work with the social media agency on the monthly calendar for our Facebook and Instagram brand pages.
- Liaise with the PR agency, supporting them on the weekly reach to press and on influencer campaigns’ execution.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team in Italy to receive brand visuals & assets on our core brands and NPDs launches.
- Brief bartenders (On Trade) to develop bespoke, seasonal serves on our brands and innovations.
- Organise and manage tasting sessions with customers and consumers
- Coordinate different stakeholders for the organisation of events (On Trade), liasing with the relevant sales person (BDE/Head of Sales)
- Evaluate all Marketing activities post-event
- Plan visits on monthly basis into the trade (both Off Trade and On Trade outlets) to check our activities executions and competitors

**Background & Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar marketing/trade marketing role in a FMCG company.
- Previous experience of spirits/beers/wines is not essential.
- Passion and curiosity for the beverage and food category.
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who can set their own targets and efficiently organise work schedule.
- Ability to build and sustain excellent relationships at all levels (internal and external).
- Enthusiasm to chase new business and foresight to see the opportunities that others miss.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
