The challenge:
Join us, and you'll be a Trade Marketing Executive for the best beer company in the world. You'll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible.
You will work in partnership with the Mikes Hard Seltzer Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Supply teams, BU Sales Team and European as well as Global Adjacencies team to deliver highly compliant and effective execution of Trade Marketing initiatives (trade programs, trade activations, trade materials) to maximise the shelf velocity.
The role:
- Ensure each Trade Marketing initiative is delivered against designed learning plan and to the approved budget
- Drive & deliver the Mikes Hard Seltzer Trade Marketing strategy for the UK market
- Support to help define local customer activation plans
- Contribute to the development of the Trade Marketing plan with challenger mindset initiatives
- Coordination of all necessary agencies and suppliers to deliver initiatives to the POCs on time, in full and within budget (from brief to delivery on creative, production, execution)
Who we’re looking for:
- Able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders ensuring everyone is working in collaboration towards effective execution of the Trade Marketing initiatives
- Train and engage 3rd party brand ambassadors, sales personnel and merchandisers
- Develop sales materials to ensure consistent brand pitch
- Support KAMs with customer negotiation on the topic of trade activation
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of the UK retail (brick & mortar as well as e-commerce) and hospitality operational processes
- Management of trade execution agencies (merchandising and compliance, printing, brand ambassadors and trade experiential)
- Events management - example: sampling roadshow, trade show, head office engagement events
- Ability to analyse raw sales data available through retailers' portals and interpret it to drive change
