The role We are looking for proactive and detail‑oriented Trading Operations Analysts to join our team and help us build and maintain Trading Operations processes, ensuring that operations around trading are run effectively and efficiently to deliver a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do Execute and perform key daily Clearing and Settlement processes Accurately book trades with custodians and monitor settlement cycles Perform comprehensive trade, stock and cash reconciliations Identify, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner Manage broker and custodian enquiries efficiently and professionally Collaborate with the Product team to streamline operational processes within Clearing and Settlements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks Work towards becoming the internal subject matter expert for complex operational and settlement queries in collaboration with Corporate Actions and Trading teams Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members What You Need To Have Recently completed an Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field Great problem‑solving skills to find smart and practical solutions Experience with process design and process management Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Nice to have Experience with Trading and Instruments management Knowledge of SQL or Python What we offer Challenges that will help you grow and realise your potential fast Opportunity to make a significant impact - you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth Work with smart, high performing colleagues with a common goal An environment where nothing is set in stone Appreciation for your talent and ideas Generous remuneration package Are you ready to accelerate your career with us?
