Trading Operations Analyst Graduate Join to apply for the Trading Operations Analyst Graduate role at Targetjobs UK. Overview Our 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme (OA) is a 6‑month rotational programme for soon‑to‑be and recent graduates. The programme blends education, skill building, and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry, preparing you for a full‑time position that immediately impacts Susquehanna’s business. Through 4‑week rotations you will gain exposure to every desk within Trading Operations such as Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, and Settlements. Once the programme is complete, you will be placed on a fast‑paced desk that directly impacts Susquehanna’s performance. This role is based in the UK; however, the first three months of the programme (September to December 2026) will take place in our Dublin office as part of an immersive graduate training experience. During this time you will join peers from across Europe for in‑depth learning and hands‑on development before returning to the UK to complete the programme. What We’re Looking For Problem Solver: You enjoy solving puzzles and love discovering solutions to difficult problems. Communicator: You enjoy building relationships and sharing ideas. Ambitious: You set goals and give your all to achieve them. Numerical & Logical: You use clear, sound reasoning and numbers to make decisions. Curious: You want to learn about the Finance sector and trading operations. Soon‑to‑be or recent graduate; programme starts in early September 2026.
