JOB TITLE: Marketing & Social Media Assistant - Part Time - Immediate Start
- LOCATION: Gatwick
- HOURS: 22.5 Hours
- SHIFT: 9am-5:30pm Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays - Office Based
- SALARY: £11.50 - £12 per hour
- START DATE: ASAP
- DURATION: 6-8 weeks

**Role Responsibility**:

- Assist with social media campaigns and publishing promotional materials
- Perform research and document industry-relevant content
- Monitor social channels for trending news and capitalise on trends through our social media accounts
- Attend marketing strategy meetings and take minutes
- Support with giveaway stock levels and report stock shortages
- Help with preparing for industry events, exhibitions, and workshops
- Assist with organising and structuring the department's online file sharing system
- Support marketing team, sales teams, and management in their marketing activities
- Strong communicator, well organised, self-starting
- Solid understanding of social media platforms
- Familiar with MS Office and Teams
- Good communicator both written and verbal
