Orange Property have the ability to complete all types of construction including complex refurbishment, kitchen and bathroom refits, new builds, restorations and industrial or commercial projects.

We are looking for a thorough Painter & Decorator to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform decorating tasks of great variety and in addition work as operational support with responsibility for delivering materials and collecting building waste produced on our sites.

The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Painting and decorating of extensions, refurbishments and exteriors.
- Assist with site operations as required.
- General labouring on sites and our premises.
- Collection of building site waste and disposal at waste disposal sites.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.

Essential Requirements
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Owning essential tools to carry out a variety decorating work.
- Full clean driving license.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Proven experience as a Decorator.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
- You must live within a maximum 60 minute commute from central Brighton.

Beneficial Requirements
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
