**JOB TITLE**: Customer Contact Assistant

**LOCATION**: Boston or Spalding

**SALARY**: £19,099 - £19,520

**Exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact Team**

PSPS are recruiting Customer Contact Assistants to join our well-established team, based at our offices in Boston or Spalding.

**Do you want to work in a fast paced professional environment, where no two days are the same?**

We are looking for quick thinking, solution focused individuals, who work with one team approach to improve standards and service. Our recruitment package enables Assistants to join our 6-month programme of exclusive training and mentoring, with ongoing development and support.

**What you’ll need to do the role**
- You will communicate effectively by telephone, in writing and face to face.
- Work constructively with others and use own initiative.
- You will hold a high level of experience in dealing with challenging customers and have a high understanding of customer care.
- Be flexible and adaptable to service requirements and change.
- You will have a grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English and be competent in use of Microsoft Office.
- Be confident to actively promote all self
- serve and digital contact channels and assist with a variety of admin tasks.
- Have had previous experience in working in a customer environment.
- Have a full driving license and own transport, as occasional travel between sites may be required.
