**Package**: £23-26K Basic DOE - £45K OTE

Theyoffer best practice advice and support in the design and implementation of market leading recruitment campaigns and programmes that will not only attract and recruit the best talent but also retain and re-energise existing teams.

They have split their divisions to have a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants who work in typical recruitment fashion and a Client Services team who work with long term retained clients to meet their recruitment needs.

**The Role**
- This role is working with the client services team meaning you are only working with existing clients from day 1 who have paid a retainer to have all their recruitment needs met by our client.
- Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in client businesses
- Understanding client needs and helping shape their talent acquisition strategy
- Working towards headcount and placement targets as well as other typical recruitment KPIs

**The Requirements**
- Sales/Recruitment Experience
- Recent graduate (2:1 or above)
- Competitive and goal orientated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Great work ethic
- Financially motivated
- Excellent communication skills
