LONDON: Senior IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Account Manager (Perm assignments). 

Basic salary to £35K plus a highly lucrative com scheme and an array of benefits. 

(Cloud/ Microsoft recruitment experience preferred but not essential)

This independent technology specialist global staffing company supplies thousands of tech and digital professionals annually.
The organisation has grown by 17% year-on-year for the past 10 years with revenues now exceeding £500 million per annum
Relationships span across multiple sectors, both with tier one consultancies and end customers, and they are one of the few recruitment companies in the world to provide talent directly to Microsoft

Their specialist Microsoft division currently employs 15 niche Recruitment consultants globally. Throughout 2021,  the consultants have billed record figures with one consultant billing in excess of £600K (Perm) so far this year Most of the work that they undertake in the Permanent division is from 3 prestigious global clients who have numerous active vacancies. In order to help deliver upon the demand, a Senior Delivery Consultant/ Account Manager is required to work alongside the 'Permanent Manager'. 

This role is 100% delivery (no new business) and will require exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 18 months experience working within an IT Recruitment Consultancy is required.
