A growing technology business that is undergoing a large insourcing programme is currently recruiting for 2 Microsoft 365 Technical Analysts to join the wider IT Service Operation team.The Microsoft 365 Technical Analysts will carry out both BAU and projectbased duties and be accountable for the availability, reliability and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
This newly created post is primarily focused on providing technical support for more than 6500 users for Microsoft 365 services within a complex enterprise infrastructure environment.
Working in a hybrid model - the Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst will be based out of a brand new office, in Coventry which has all of the modern perks including an onsite gym, 2 days a week and have the flexible to work remotely.
**Essential Experience required for the Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst**:
- Proven track record within IT within an enterprise infrastructure environment
- 2-3 years + experience configuring, implementing, supporting and developing complex solutions
- Deep technical understand of the following:
üMicrosoft 365 for enterprises
üProduct suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Team, Exchange, Stream, PowerPlatform
üMicrosoft PowerShell CLI
üMicrosoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
üSecurity & Compliance admin centres in O365
- Good understand of service operations and ITIL Certified
- Excellent communication and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and 3rd party vendors
