Hays Technology are working in partnership with the University of Warwick to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Analyst Developer on a permanent basis.

The University of Warwick are looking to strengthen and expand their Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform team during an exciting growth stage. The Dynamics & PowerPlatformAnalyst Developer will be a key member of the team, providing analysis, design anddevelopment expertise.

The Microsoft Dynamics team works alongside Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Service Owners and customers to meet the strategic and near-term objectives of the customer groups.

In this role, you will observe and define development best practice.As a senior team member you will ensure consistent understanding and adoption of team practices.You will assist in developing the skills of other team members and build a broad understandingof University-wide initiatives to make connections and find synergies. You will connect with people at all levels and build rewarding, positive relationships.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Capture and analysis of requirements, solutions design and development, collaboratively and independently taking ownership and responsibility when requested or needed.
- Design, Development and Configuration of Dynamics CE and Power Platform Solutions and supporting Integrations.
- Comprehensive and concise testing of development and configuration changes inclusive of regression testing within an appropriately determined scope.
- Implementing and observing best practice coding standards, source control methods and ALM (Application Life-Cycle Management) processes in support of internal and external team collaborations.
- Creation of documentation relating to system processes and solutions design.

**In order to apply, you must have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience developing Plugin and Custom Workflow Activities C#, suitable use of early and late binding.
- Advanced Jscript operations fetch multiple via WEB/API request and collection handling with Dynamics and External APIs.
- Creation and management of Processes (Workflow sync/asynch, actions), power automate flows.
- Experience of Dynamics Apps, Power Platform, PowerApps, Dataverse
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent individual and team working skills and the flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
- Experience in creation of custom entity schema, Advanced form development and Model Driven App creation.
- Integration Design and Implementation, SSIS and Kingsway soft.
- Power Apps Portal configuration and content creation.
- Report creation SSRS FetchXML (beyond advanced find export), PowerBI
