**About the role**:

- As a Product Owner for Power Platform, you will Influence, lead and successfully execute departmental strategy and decisions to deliver outputs on time and compliantly creating a resilient, supportive and proactive culture. You will be seen as a recognized leader and expert, ensuring team and individual service delivery expectations are exceeded and positively received.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You will work within the Microsoft Power Platform scrum team, developing Power App, Power Automate and Power BI solutions using Dataverse, Data Connectors and AI Builders for a variety of business needs across the Cadent Enterprise.
- Support the maintenance of the evergreen technology roadmap, understanding the systems and solutions within the product line and value streams. This is including but not limited to the lo-code platform and integration offerings.
- Working with IT Teams and Procurement Teams to plan maintenance activity, advise on contract renewals and/or ceasing of contracts in line with the strategic roadmap.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end process that the relevant products underpin and the business goals, drivers and objectives that are driving such processes.
- You will be delivering measurable value from Cadent’s IT products, supporting the creation and implementation of product roadmaps in line with Cadent’s technology strategy.
- Promote lean agile practices through identifying and iterating towards transformational department needs, collaborating with wider organisational initiatives as necessary. Ensuring agile ways of working are adhered to by agile teams and where relevant, third-party vendors.

**About you**:

- An understanding of the role technology and digital platforms plays to enable business value with an overall understanding of the whole lifecycle of technology products.
- Experience of working in an agile product-centric environment and agile/matrix managed multi-disciplinary technology teams, including deep understanding of agile methodologies such as software development methodology, e.g., behaviour-driven development.
- Ability to lead, engage, inspire and mange change whilst delivering excellent results through product and sprint goals.
- Proficient in the use of Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence.
- Previous experience in creating product specifications, including capturing requirements, writing user stories, estimations/story points, wire framing, and/or documenting acceptance criteria desired.
- Desirable Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and SaFe Agilist.
