As a Product Owner for Customer CRM, you will promote optimum efficiency and compliance whilst influencing and leading a successful execution of departmental strategy. You will be an experienced leader, developing, coaching, and empowering team members to excel and deliver team goals.

**What you’ll get to work on**
- Create and maintain a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end process that the relevant products underpin and the business goals, drivers and objectives that are driving such processes.
- Deliver measurable value from Cadent’s IT products, supporting the creation and implementation of product roadmaps in line with Cadent’s technology strategy.
- Promote lean agile practices through identifying and iterating towards transformational department needs, collaborating with wider organisational initiatives as necessary. Ensuring agile ways of working are adhered to by agile teams and where relevant, third-party vendors.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners across teams to ensure successful delivery of cross-roadmap projects and dependencies.
- Work within the Customer Services value stream to simplify the current landscape.
- Support the maintenance of the evergreen technology roadmap, understanding the systems and solutions within the product line and value streams. This is including but not limited to CRM, web dependencies and integrations with SAP.
- Identify, analyse, and implement appropriate KPIs which allow the business to measure product success.

**Who are we looking for**
- Ability to lead, engage, inspire and mange change whilst delivering excellent results through product and sprint goals.
- Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders, great interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, with the ability to translate complex IT issues into business related vocabulary.
- An understanding of the role technology and digital platforms plays to enable business value with an overall understanding of the whole lifecycle of technology products.
- Experience of working in an agile product-centric environment and agile/matrix managed multi-disciplinary technology teams, including deep understanding of agile methodologies such as software development methodology, e.g., behaviour-driven development.
- Previous experience in creating product specifications, including capturing requirements, writing user stories, estimations/story points, wire framing, and/or documenting acceptance criteria desired.
- Proficient in the use of Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence.
- Desirable Qualifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and SaFe Agilist.
