**Your role at Orbit.**
Orbit are delighted to announce that we are looking to recruit into the brand new position of Product Owner. This role will be leading on exciting large scale projects and be responsible for the creating and maintaining the solution backlog for Dynamics365 CE products. You will lead internal and external teams to deploy new capabilities against business priority. This role is instrumental in supporting the Product Manager and business leaders to establish the solution roadmap of the products.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and coach a small team of Product Specialists and Analysts, ensuring necessary skills are maintained
- Lead internal and external teams to deliver, enhance and maintain Dynamics CE based solutions
- Leading the change process, owning and maintaining the product backlog, developing user stories and continually prioritising product direction
- Lead Agile ceremonies and provide training
- Support Product Manager to define, maintain and communicate the roadmap to clients and stakeholders
- Undertake and oversee technical support/maintenance/routine business process activities on IT managed systems
- Proactive engagement with the business stakeholders to identify continuous improvement actions
- Day to Day management of third party contracts and suppliers
- Establish and improve service delivery levels for current and future products
**What will help you make a difference.**
To be successful in this role of Product Owner it is essential that you have proven Dynamics 365 functional and administration experience specifically within D365 CE. You will need to have experience managing a diverse team in supporting and administering IT managed systems for internal and external customers.
It is also essential that you have:
- Strong experience of working with Independent Solution Vendors and external managed service teams
- Management of the D365 Wave update process
- Management of the incidents in the production environments
- Experience working with agile or scrum teams
- Excellent communication skills with with the ability to convey complex technology concepts to the business and IT stakeholders
- Customer centricity
- Proactive engagement with stakeholders and system owners
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and make effective decisions
