Product Owner

We’re seeking a motivated Product Owner with strong knowledge of vehicle thermal systems, HVAC, climate control, or thermo-fluid systems to support the development of next-generation automotive climate technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge engineering detail with clear, structured product requirements in a fast-moving automotive environment.
As Product Owner, you will own and manage the product backlog, translate complex thermal and cooling challenges into actionable user stories, and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with programme targets. You’ll provide clarity, prioritisation, and consistent communication across stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of climate and thermal-system features.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and prioritise the product backlog for climate/thermal-system features.
* Translate technical thermal-system problems into clear requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering, programme and service teams to ensure alignment.
* Communicate delivery risk, timing changes, and trade-offs effectively.
* Drive disciplined task ownership, delivery follow-through, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of vehicle thermal systems, HVAC, refrigeration, or climate control.
* Ability to define and communicate requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Confident stakeholder communicator with solid problem-solving ability.
* Experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, or systems engineering.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery environments beneficial.
Ideal Backgrounds
Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, Requirements Engineer within automotive climate, thermal management, cooling, powertrain thermal, or HVAC systems.
