**Your role in the team**
- With around 10,000 employees across our Group and Retail Functions, your role as an ER Consultant here at 888William Hill will be large and varied.
- Reporting into the ER Manager, you'll be part of a team of Consultants supporting our line managers on all aspects of ER activities. You'll take responsibility for a broad range of ER cases, working with People Partners, People Consultants and, occasionally, external stakeholders, to deliver robust, fair and considered outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing first line assistance to line managers on ER issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage high volume caseloads and keep accurate records
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders
- Resolving complex cases using a practical and commercial approach
- Identifying higher risk cases and flagging to your manager in a timely manner
- Working in a team and help to create a culture of continuous improvement

**Skills Needed**
- Experience in a HR role such as HR administrator or advisor with a proactive approach to keeping up to date with ER best practice
- Attention to detail is key as is the ability to keep accurate and well written notes
- The ability to manage challenging and often sensitive situations and conversations and be the voice of reason
- A good level of IT skills, able to navigate systems such as Excel, to be able to create, amend, input and analyse information
