Groomfield Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our growing client based in Birmingham with the recruitment of a Customer Service Coordinator.

The role is to support growth of the business and will be a permanent position with growth from within.

Duties will include:

- Data/service information entry onto their system.
- Contacting customers and answering calls, as well as dealing with internal staff.
- Working in a busy customer services environment where you will be given KPI’s to hit.
- Resolving any issues and queries in a professional manner.

The role will involve working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm.

Salary is £22, 000 per annum.

Free parking is offered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
