**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Shift Pattern**: 4 nights, 4 off, 4 days, 4 off
**Salary**: £21,500
**Location**: Mitie, T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B37 7ES

In your new role as a Customer Service Coordinator, you will ensure you are dealing with all customer contacts in a professional manner, taking ownership to ensure an effective and timely resolution, while supporting any complaints when issues arise. Meeting all agreed SLAs, and accurately recording all jobs (raise, assign, progress and complete) within the Helpdesk system accordingly. You will be required to report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

**Qualifications**

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous experience of working within a customer service environment and have a flexible approach to the role.You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
