We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work at a vibrant specialist school in the York area.
The school is part of a multi-campus provision for pupils with SEND, with a focus on ASC and learning difficulties. A combination of small class sizes, high staff: pupil ratio and varied, dynamic curriculum ensure every child is supported to achieve theirfull potential.

What does the role involve?
You will be working mainly 1-1 with pupils within the class, helping them to access learning. The school’s curriculum features plenty of tasks and activities, including outdoor learning and arts and crafts. You may also be working 1-2 and in small groupsof pupils.
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (term time only)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
